6. Complete the payment option of you choice and Wha-la, you are done.

You will now receive an email with your order confirmation.

Yes we do provide same day and overnight delivery service, however, this is dependant where the delivery address is based. We ship from Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Same Day Delivery – Additional cost of R100 and is limited to Johannesburg, Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria ONLY (Townships are excluded from same day delivery).

If you selected Economy, deliveries take place within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. While every effort is made to expedite delivery, outlying areas may take an additional 2 days due to regional third party couriers.

A unique tracking number will be communicated to you via email which can be used to track the status of your order.

Currently we only deliver within the borders of South Africa.  However, if you want to arrange your own courier service to collect the items from us, you are welcome to do so, however any costs related to that courier, including import duties and taxes, would be for your account.

Our inventory is dynamic, with new stock arriving regularly—much like the ebb and flow of the tide. To ensure you're notified when your desired shoes are available again, here's the process to follow:

Visit our website and click on the size you would like to order. Just below that, you will find a button that says "Email me when available". By clicking this button, you will receive an email notification immediately when stocks are back online. We hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

But remember, our shoes are like coveted pearls - they get snapped up faster than a seagull swooping on a chip!  So, once you get that email, be sure to act quickly

Looking to cancel an order? That's a bit like trying to stop a seagull from stealing your chips, but don't worry, we've got you covered!

If you've had a change of heart and want to cancel your Kaalfööt order, there's a small window of opportunity and the clock is ticking… Orders can only be cancelled before the shipment has been booked with our trusty couriers.

We won't promise that cancelling your order will be as easy as counting 1… 2... 3… but we'll do our best to make the magic happen. Just keep in mind that refunds can take a few days to process.

If your shoes are already on route, it's a bit tricky, but not impossible. We'll do our best to help, but we can't make any promises. And just like rerouting a road trip, it might result in additional costs and a slightly longer wait for your shoes to arrive.

Cleaning your Kaalfööt shoes is as easy as pie, but without the mess! Here's how you do it:

1. Treat your Kicks to a cool spa day in your machine. Set it to the 'gentle waves' cycle (you might know it as quick wash or delicate) and let them soak up the good vibes.

2. Pour in your detergent. Any kind will do, but remember, no softener! Softeners are like the uninvited party guests of the washing world - they can cause a bit of a ruckus.

3. Now, this is important - only use cold temperatures. We're cleaning shoes here, not cooking pasta!

4. Once your shoes are washed, it's time to dry them. But remember, no tumble drying and no warm temperatures. Treat your shoes like a vampire - keep them away from the heat!

5. Hang your shoes outside or place them on a towel to dry. Think of it as giving your shoes a little vacation.

6. Oh, and one more thing - Dry the shoes and insoles separately. It cuts down on drying time, like taking a shortcut on a long road trip!

And there you have it! A clean pair of Kaalfööt shoes, ready for your next adventure. Just remember to follow these steps, and your shoes will stay as fresh as a daisy!

1. Wash microfiber towels separately from other types of laundry to avoid lint transfer. This ensures that the towels maintain their effectiveness and don't pick up lint from other fabrics, like a private pool party. 

2. It is generally recommended to wash microfiber towels in cold or warm water. Hot water can damage the fibres and affect their performance. 

3. Set your machine to the 'mellow tide' setting (you might call it gentle or delicate) to keep the good vibes rolling without the rough surf.

4. Avoid using fabric softener or dryer sheets as they can leave a residue on the towels, reducing their absorbency.

5. Let your towels hang loose in the breeze. High heat? That's a no-go, unless you want 'em to shrink like a scared starfish!

Wash dark colours separately and rinse immediately when used in a swimming pool with chlorine.

Sharp Objects: Watch out for sneaky sea urchins! Sharp objects can puncture or tear the material, so it's best to keep an eye on the ground when adventuring.

Extended Soaking: While they love a quick dip, leaving your Kaalfööt submerged for a marathon swim could affect their shape and comfort.

1. First, let's play a little game of "Trace the Foot". Grab a piece of paper, place it on the ground, and stand on it with your full weight. Now, either you or a trusty sidekick can trace around your foot. Just make sure the pencil or pen is at a 90-degree angle from the floor - we're going for accuracy, not abstract art!

2. Next, it's time to measure the length. Use a ruler to measure the outline from the back-central part of the heel to the end of your longest toe in a straight line. 

3. Now, it's time to find your perfect fit. Head over to our size chart, which you can find here or under "Size Chart" on the main menu. In the right column, find your foot's measured length. Once you've found it, the column on the left will tell you your shoe size. 

IMPORTANT: Remember, plain and patterned shoes have different size charts, as well as tots and adults, like different dance moves at a party. So, make sure you're looking at the right chart when picking your size.

For first time wearers, our shoes might feel loose simply because it feels Kinda Like Socks right and often like you not wearing anything rather than the tight fit you normally feel on a shoe. The elastic should not be very tight but should feel like it’s going to keep the shoe on. An extra space of about 1cm at the back/heel is normal for Kaalfööt, most of the time a smaller size might squash your toes in front.
