Same Day Delivery is available for an additional fee. This service is available on business days and are limited to Johannesburg, Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria ONLY (Townships are excluded from same day delivery). Please see map in our Shipping Policy for area covered by Same Day Delivery. Orders placed and payments made after 09h00 will be booked for delivery the following work day.

Local Overnight Delivery is available for an additional fee. This service is available on business days and are LIMITED to Main Centers e.g., Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George and Port Elizabeth. Orders placed and payments made after 09h00 will be booked for delivery the following work day.

Standard Deliveries to all regions will be made within 3-5 business days upon payment receipt and allocation and our acceptance of your order. 

Shipping during Black Friday, Christmas and Holiday seasons normally experience delays beyond our control. Please expect extended delivery times as your delivery may take 7-10 working days to be delivered to you from date of shipment.

South African shoe size, is the same as UK shoe size.
Order the size you normally wear.

Tips:

• If you normally wear a size 5, buy the plain UK5, or the Pattern 5.
• If you normally wear a size 6, buy the plain UK6, or the Pattern 6/7
• If you normally wear a size 7, buy the plain UK7/8, or the Pattern 6/7.
• If you normally wear a size 8, buy the plain UK7/8, or the Pattern 8/9, the UK6/UK7 will be too small/tight.
• If you have wider or swollen feet, we suggest a PLAIN COLOUR.

If you are unsure about your size, you can measure your foot on a piece of paper from heel to toe.

Tots Sizes: Please measure the child's feet in cm's from heel to toe. They grow quicker than you think. We do not exchange TOTS sizes.
